    Thanks for this breathtakingly beautiful pic!
    I flew over the alps once at 30,000. ft
    sitting in cockpit (my new husband was the 2nd officier on the DC-8) on our way to Amsterdam. I was stunned at how tall and craggy they were! And of course the beauty...

    I have always loved the mountains. We have a lovely Cascade Mountain range here in the Pacific Northwest. I can see Mr.Baker out my kitchen window. Active volcanos, all and we watched the eruption of Mt.St. Helens in 1980. Dangerous and beautiful.
