Fingers crossed for poor Jamie Fraser, while we're waiting for the season finale. I've deeply enjoyed this first season of Outlander, and you?

Would you recommend the books as well?

Enjoy the promo for the last episode; it will air on May 30th...almost two weeks of anxiety!

Have a good week,

  1. I'll probably get the last but one episode tomorrow, but I am terrified. Were you able to stand it?
(I know what happens, but to know and to see is different.)

    1. I had to stop several times while watching it (and yet I follow "Game of Thrones"!). It wasn't easy. On a review, I've read that even for people who have already read the books, it wasn't easy to stomach. Very graphic and very well acted.

  2. I can't seem to get this comment to post. Sorry if it's a duplicate!

Okay, I'm telling you, you MUST read the books! I absolutely love the show and Sam, Cait, and Tobias are phenomenal in the roles, but the books? They're just freaking amazing. Best book series I've ever read, hands down. My mom has read them since the beginning and tried for years to get me to read them before I finally gave in. Now I wonder why I waited so long! These characters have become family, and I know I'll reread the series many times. Haven't done that in years--not since a little series called Twilight! As much as I loved Twilight (and still love fanfiction), Jamie and Claire are real, not fantasy. They're like Twilight for grownups! I guarantee you'll love these books!
